1. You submit an application

You price the exchange in the calculator and leave your name and a contact. The server re-prices it against live rates immediately, and the application number arrives at once.

  2. An administrator approves it

The rate, the bonus and the exact amount you receive are computed by the system from live quotes. An administrator checks the calculation and your payout details and approves the application before any money moves.

  3. You send the cryptocurrency

The administrator gives you the address and the network. You send exactly the amount confirmed at the previous step.

  4. You receive the payout

Once your transfer is confirmed on the network, we send the agreed amount to your details.

  5. The deal is closed

The application is closed once the payout is done. The final status is visible in your cabinet and in the connected bot.

The rate and the bonus are fixed when the application is approved and stay valid for a limited time. Large operations may be processed in stages; the exact procedure is confirmed before the exchange.

Frequently asked questions

The essentials: how the exchange works, the bonus, limits and security.

Getting started

How does an exchange work, from application to money received?

Five steps. You pick an asset, network and amount in the calculator and leave an application with a contact. An administrator checks the calculation and your payout details and confirms the final rate, the bonus, the amount you receive, the address and the network. You send the cryptocurrency on the confirmed network. As soon as the transfer is confirmed on the blockchain, OrveX sends the payout to your details. The application is closed, and the final status is visible in your cabinet and in the bot.

What do I need to create an application?

A name and a way to reach you: Telegram or phone. The asset, network and amount carry over from the calculator. You give your payout details to the administrator in the chat, once the terms are agreed. No documents are needed for a standard exchange.

Do I need to register to exchange?

No. You can leave an application without an account and the administrator will contact you at the details you gave. The personal cabinet is for application history, balance, P2P and notifications: sign in with an access key from the official bot or with email and password.

Order of a deal

Why do I send first and not you?

Because saying it plainly is fairer than promising the opposite and not holding to it. Services that pay first live off the share of transfers that never come back, and sooner or later that ends in limits and refusals. We built the order differently: everything you can check is checked before you send. The rate, the bonus, the exact amount, the address and the network are fixed and confirmed by a person, the reserves and the reviews are open, and any dispute is handled in your cabinet. It is sensible to make the first deal a small one.

Who approves an application and how long does it take?

The calculation is made by the system from live quotes, and the application is approved by an OrveX administrator. They check the calculation, your payout details and the network, and the address for the transfer appears only after that approval. It usually takes a few minutes during working hours; if the application needs clarification, you are contacted on the details you left. Until it is approved, nothing needs to be sent.

What protects me if I send first?

Four things. The quote is fixed before you send, and after confirmation the amount does not go down. An administrator approves the application, not a script, and that same person is accountable for the address and the network. The platform reserves are published on the Reserves page and reviews go through moderation. The status of an application and any dispute over it are visible in your cabinet, and support answers before you have sent anything. If something does not add up, do not send: ask first.

When exactly should I send the cryptocurrency?

Only after an administrator has approved the application and given you the address and the network. By that point the rate, the bonus and the exact amount are already fixed and visible in the application. Send exactly the amount, on exactly the network, that were confirmed: a different network or a different amount turns a quick deal into an investigation.

How are large amounts handled?

In parts. A large operation is split into stages: you send the first part, receive the payout for it, then the next one, and so on. That way neither side risks the whole amount at once. The administrator names the scheme before you confirm anything, and it does not change along the way. The online calculator handles amounts up to $100,000 at reference value; above that an individual quote is prepared.

I sent before the approval, or sent the wrong amount. What now?

Message support straight away and include the transaction hash. The money is not lost, but the application goes to manual handling: the amount is recomputed against what actually arrived, and that takes longer than usual. If the transfer went out on a different network or to a different address, say so first, because the chance of recovery depends on it. To avoid all of this, send only after the application is approved.

Rates & bonus

If the rate beats the market, where is the catch?

There is no catch, there is a business model. OrveX partners need liquidity in specific coins and networks and pay above the market price for it. Part of that difference goes to you as the bonus, the remainder stays with OrveX. The final rate is fixed before you send and there is no exchange fee. The full explanation is on the homepage, in the section "Why is the rate above the market?".

Where does the bonus come from?

From our business model. OrveX earns on rate differences between venues, and for that we constantly need cryptocurrency on hand. Buying it from clients at a premium to the market is cheaper than borrowing liquidity from funds. Part of that difference goes to you as the bonus. On the directions where we need liquidity most, the bonus is higher.

Is the 1-6% range guaranteed?

No. 1-6% is the range the bonus usually falls in, not a promise of the maximum. The exact percentage depends on the asset, network, amount and current demand. You see it in the calculator before applying, and the administrator locks the final value before the exchange. Once locked, it does not change.

What determines the exact bonus percentage?

The chosen cryptocurrency and network, the amount and settlement currency, current demand on that direction and the remaining daily volume, plus the client's status for those with history. The rules are deterministic: the same conditions give the same percentage, there are no random values.

Is the calculator result final? When is the rate locked?

The calculator shows a preliminary estimate at the current market rate and refreshes it automatically. The final rate, bonus and amount to receive are locked by the administrator in the chat, before anyone transfers anything. From that moment they are tied to your application.

How long does a locked rate stay valid?

A final quote has a validity window; the administrator states it when confirming. If you confirm the terms within that window, the rate is locked. If it expires, the administrator re-quotes at the current market. The preliminary estimate in the calculator lives separately and refreshes every few dozen seconds.

What happens if the rate changes during the deal?

Once the administrator has confirmed, the rate is locked: market moves in either direction no longer change your amount. If the rate changed before confirmation, you simply see the new figure. The calculator shows when the rate was last updated, flags a stale rate and never substitutes a made-up number.

Are there hidden fees, and who pays the network fee?

There are no hidden fees: the amount the administrator confirmed is the amount you receive. The network fee for sending cryptocurrency to our address is paid by the sender, as with any blockchain transfer. It depends on the network: TRC20 and BEP20 usually cost cents, ERC20 can cost noticeably more. If your payout method carries external costs, the administrator names them before confirmation.

Which currencies and payout methods do you support?

The calculator works in USD, EUR and RUB. Payouts go to a bank card, most often at Russian banks (Sber, Tinkoff, Alfa and others), and by other methods agreed with the administrator. The list of directions changes, so check the current options with the manager when applying.

Assets & networks

Which cryptocurrencies and networks do you accept?

BTC, ETH (ERC20), USDT (TRC20, ERC20, BEP20), USDC, SOL, TON, BNB (BEP20), TRX (TRC20), LTC and XRP. For each asset the calculator shows only the networks we actually accept. If the pair you need is missing, ask the administrator: some directions are opened on request.

Why does the network matter?

The same token lives on different blockchains, and they are not compatible with each other. USDT on TRC20 and USDT on ERC20 are different transfers to different addresses. A transfer on a network the recipient does not have can be lost with no way to recover it. That is why the network is always agreed with the administrator and must match the address they gave you.

What should I do if I chose the wrong network?

Stop and do not send anything else. Message the administrator with the application number, transaction hash, network, address and amount. If the address matches and the network is on our list for that asset (for example BEP20 instead of ERC20), the funds can usually be located and credited, though it takes longer. If the transfer went to a network we do not support, recovery may be impossible. The sooner you write, the more options there are.

Do I need a memo or destination tag?

Yes, for two assets. XRP requires a destination tag, TON requires a memo (comment). The administrator gives them together with the address. Without them the transfer reaches the network but is hard to match to your application, and crediting takes longer. If you already sent without the tag, send the administrator the transaction hash, amount and time of sending.

Limits & timing

What is the minimum exchange volume?

The minimum depends on the asset and is shown in the calculator: for example USDT and USDC from 20, BTC from 0.0005, ETH from 0.01, TON from 5, SOL from 0.1. Enter less and the calculator shows the threshold. The cabinet has its own minimums: a P2P deal from $10, a withdrawal from the balance from $30. Starting with a small amount to test us is perfectly normal.

Is there a maximum amount?

The online calculator handles amounts up to $100,000 at reference value. Above that an administrator prepares an individual quote. Large operations are settled in stages, in parts, and the scheme is named before you confirm anything. Balance operations in the cabinet have per-operation and daily caps that grow with the client's history.

How long does an exchange take?

An administrator approves the application within a few minutes of it being created. A cryptocurrency transfer confirms in minutes on TRC20, BEP20, TON and Solana, and longer on Bitcoin and Ethereum. The payout goes out right after the transfer is confirmed on the network and usually takes up to 5 minutes; the rest depends on your bank or payment channel. We keep you informed at every step.

Do you work at night and on weekends?

Yes. Applications are accepted around the clock and administrators are on duty seven days a week, including at night. Cryptocurrency moves at any hour. The only thing that can slow a deal down at night is the receiving bank: some banks process transfers more slowly at night and on weekends. The administrator will tell you in advance.

What happens if a transaction is delayed?

A delay does not cancel the deal and does not change the locked rate. If your transfer is delayed, we wait for network confirmations: send the transaction hash and an administrator can see it. If the transfer is confirmed but the payout has not arrived, send your application number: an administrator checks the status on our side and with the payment channel. The main rule: never send anything again without an administrator confirming it.

Can I cancel an application?

Yes, as long as you have not sent the cryptocurrency. Just tell an administrator; there are no penalties, because before your transfer nothing has moved. Once the transfer is on the network it cannot be recalled, and the exchange is completed on the agreed terms: you receive the payout at the locked rate. If you change your mind after sending, write to an administrator and they will tell you what can be done.

Cabinet & P2P

What can the personal cabinet do?

The cabinet opens with an access key from the bot or with email and password. Inside: application history and statuses, a balance with cryptocurrency top-ups, withdrawals to an external wallet, P2P deals with a guarantor and levels, the welcome wheel, the referral program, support tickets, a Telegram link for notifications and two-factor sign-in.

How do I top up the balance and when is it credited?

In the Balance section press Top up, choose the coin and network and pay the invoice with the exact amount. The balance is credited in the same coin after the team verifies the payment. The network you send on must match the one chosen in the invoice, otherwise the funds can be lost. When card payments are enabled, a separate form appears in the same section: card details are entered on the bank's page and never reach us.

How does the fortune wheel work?

It is a one-time welcome bonus from $2 to $50. The wheel unlocks after your first credited top-up of $10 or more in a single payment, and the prize goes straight to your balance with no wagering conditions. One spin per account, and the promotion volume is limited.

How is P2P different from an exchange with an administrator?

In an administrator exchange your counterparty is OrveX: we lock the rate, confirm the terms and pay out as soon as your transfer is confirmed on the network. In P2P you trade directly with another client on their ad, and OrveX acts as the guarantor: both sides freeze funds from their balances, and the guarantor releases them only when both have paid in, or returns each side its own. The minimum P2P deal is $10, and the number of deals per day grows with your level.

Can the premium of a P2P ad change over time?

No. The premium percentage is fixed by the author when the ad is published, and rate moves do not change it: only the amount of the second coin is recalculated. When someone takes the ad, both amounts of the deal are locked and do not change afterwards.

What are the levels in P2P?

A reputation earned by completed trades: every three raise the level by one, out of 15 levels total. Levels 1-4 allow 1 trade a day, from level 5 it is 2, from level 10 it is 3, at level 15 it is 5. Trades with different partners count: at most two with the same one.

How do I withdraw funds from the balance?

In the Balance section press Withdraw and specify the coin, network and address. The minimum withdrawal is the equivalent of $30, and the team confirms the request. Check the network and address before sending: a blockchain transfer cannot be undone.

Security

Do I need verification or documents?

Not for a standard exchange: no passport, no selfie. The access key is issued by the official bot after a short three-question form. An administrator checks only the deal details and payout details, and for large amounts may ask for extra information before approving the application. Whatever is needed, they explain in advance.

How is my data protected?

We ask only for what the exchange needs and use it for nothing else. Service secrets never reach the browser, internal logs are scrubbed of keys and personal messages, and card details for payments are entered on the bank's side. We never need your private keys or seed phrases: do not share them with anyone.

How do I tell the official OrveX account from a scammer?

The official managers are @orvexmanager (Russian) and @managerorvex (English); links to them and to the key bot are on this site. Check the handle letter by letter: fakes differ by a single character. OrveX never asks for a seed phrase, a private key, your cabinet password or a transfer "for verification". If someone asks for that, it is not us.

How do I protect my cabinet?

Turn on two-factor sign-in in the security settings: one-time codes from an authenticator app. The access key is bound to your device and must never be forwarded to anyone, including "support staff". If your key or password may have leaked, write to the manager without delay.

Problems & support

How can I check the status of my application?

By its application number. In the cabinet, the Applications section shows the status and history of each request, and with Telegram linked, status updates arrive in the bot. Without a cabinet, the administrator handling your application will tell you. The site assistant has no access to applications and never states a status.

The OrveX payout has not arrived on my card. What should I do?

First make sure your own transfer is confirmed on the network, and compare the payout details in the chat. Banks credit transfers at different speeds: usually minutes, occasionally up to a few hours, especially at night and on weekends. Send an administrator your application number: they will share the payout confirmation and check the status on our side. The application stays open until the money is with you, and its status and the conversation are visible in your cabinet.

I made a mistake in my payout details. What should I do?

If the payout has not gone out yet, message the administrator with the correct details: they will verify them again, which is exactly why details are checked before paying. If the transfer has already gone to the wrong details, we cannot recall it: bank and blockchain transfers are irreversible. The administrator will help you work with the bank, but the money cannot always be returned in that case.

How do I contact support?

Fastest on Telegram: @orvexmanager (Russian) or @managerorvex (English). There is also the request form on the Support page, a tickets section in the cabinet, and the site assistant for common questions. Always include your application number if you have one: it saves time.

Can I make another exchange after the first one?

Yes, as many as you like. The access key is permanent, there is no need to get it again: sign in and create a new application through the calculator. Regular clients only benefit: status and history count towards the bonus and limits.

Where can I see my previous applications?

In the cabinet, in the Applications section: all your requests, their statuses and change history. The cabinet opens with the access key from the official bot or with email and password; the link is on the sign-in page.
